Mountain Thyme runs week-long cookery courses for young people (18-24yrs) in our beautiful mountain resort. Students will cook each morning for six days, learning essential skills and some great recipes, giving them confidence to cook for themselves and their friends and family.
The course includes lunch each day and a basic food safety & hygiene course. Accommodation can also be arranged through Mountain Beds to include oven-ready dinners from their Mountain Cuisine range and optional activities which are free with a VIP pass (available to all Verbier guests) in the afternoons.
